Hi everyone, my name is Darlene Krell. I have been married to Norman Krell for 25 years. We have three wonderful children, Cameron who has just finished his second year at the U of S , Tracy who has just finished her fourth year at the U of S, and Matt who has just finished grade 8. My husband is a teacher and I am an assistant manager with Tim Horton’s. My son keeps me busy traveling to watch his hockey and soccer games. I have lived in Swift Current for 17 years. I have been a director for the Swift Current area for six years with SASC and I am really looking forward to serve as President. I have been involved for 12 years on the School Community Councils where my children attended school. I have also served on other boards in Swift Current. I have always been interested in my children’s education and sports they have played and will do what is needed to serve the best interests of children. Please feel free to check out our new website often to find out what is happening and who the rest of the board members are. I would encourage everyone to attend one of the workshops we are hosting in 2009 - 2010. It is a great networking opportunity and a chance to meet other SCC members and find out what is happening with their Schools.
